Huaxia Bishui Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2007; it is a state-level high-tech enterprise, Henan science and technology small giant enterprise, the industry leading enterprise in the Henan “Professional, Excellent, Specialized and New” high-quality small and medium-sized enterprise database, and Henan investment group fund shares enterprise. It participated in the formulation of Standard for Indirect Discharge of Water Pollutants in Fermentation Pharmaceutical Industry (DB 41/758-2012) and Standard for Indirect Discharge of Water Pollutants in Chemical Synthetic Pharmaceutical Industry (DB 41/756—2012) in Henan Province, and is the supporting unit for Henan chemical and pharmaceutical wastewater treatment engineering technology research center. The company has established Henan chemical and pharmaceutical wastewater treatment engineering technology research center, with over 300 general contracts for industrial wastewater treatment projects and antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater treatment project design and construction.
With the development of pharmaceutical industry in China, pharmaceutical wastewater has gradually become one of the important pollution sources, how this wastewater is treated is a difficult problem for today’s environmental protection. Huaxia Bishui Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and listed companies (Topfond Pharma, LKPC, Tasly Holding Group) jointly carried out pharmaceutical wastewater cooperation, and demand for processing technology R&D. In respect of the characteristics of pharmaceutical wastewater, such as complex composition, high organic content and high salt content, we will cooperate with Institute of Processes Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Zhengzhou Branch of Institute of Processes Engineering in advanced treatment of antibiotic wastewater, to jointly develop advanced oxidation treatment technology.
On May 20, 2018, Zhengzhou Institute of Emerging Industrial Technology, Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Huaxia Bishui Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. have signed R&D contract on key technologies of antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater treatment. The partners intend to carry out cooperation in new technologies, new processes and scientific research achievements transformation in the field of advanced pharmaceutical wastewater treatment, targeting the quality of antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater, treatment objectives, R&D technology routes, standard discharge, to complete technical pilot verification.
This project will complete the mechanism analysis for the difficulty in degradation of antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater, starting from source analysis to detoxification mechanism, key technologies and equipment development. The successful implementation of the project will advance the upgrading of water treatment, energy conservation and environmental protection technologies in the pharmaceutical wastewater industry, once the development of process equipment is successful, it will satisfy that the antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater with high efficiency and energy saving shall be discharged in accordance with the national pharmaceutical industry discharge standard. And it will promote regional environmental protection governance, and it has an important guidance and exemplary role in the treatment of wastewater from pharmaceutical industry in Henan Province.
